Position: Supplier Quality and Development Engineering Manager
Scope and Responsibilities:
  1. The candidate is required to provide leadership and guidance to a team of Supplier Quality and Development Engineers'(SQEs and SDEs) daily activities and progress updates.
  2. Communicate weekly and monthly progress reports to customers
  3. Manage and control travel costs The scope of work is in China where the candidate will require to travel during the weekdays.
  4. Develop and improve supplier relationships and ensure the vendors are providing maximum service and highest quality.
  5. Travel to customer's location is necessary.
Experience and Requirements:
  1. Minimum 8 years experience in the manufacturing & supply chain area
  2. Solid experience and good understanding of the issues and concerns related to managing sourcing and supply chain function in Automotive industry
  3. Demonstrate experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma used in conjunction with statistical tools to drive process improvements is a plus
  4. Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) understanding and Production Products Approval Process (PPAP) experience are required
  5. Lean principles and tools are plus
  6. Ability to converse in English (written and oral) Chinese & English CV is required
  7. Self-driven and initiator
  8. Ability to motifvate SQE/SDE team
Position: HR manager
Scope and Responsibilities:

  2. Continue to seek for new tools and guidelines to continue to improve the overall OPA working environment

Experience and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree in HR or related field 5 years or above of work experience in Human Resource, preferably in automotive industry

Position: Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) (Electronic division)
Scope and Responsibilities:
  1. The candidate is required to work in the supplier facilities to improve the supplier in a comprehensive way. Communicate frequently with SD manager and customer, and report regularly on the project progress. Solve the problems, and coordinate with the supplier and customer in a proactive manner. The scope of work is in south east China where the candidate will require to travel when needed. Develop and improve supplier relationships and ensure the vendors are providing maximum service and highest quality.
Experience and Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in the manufacturing & supply chain area, Automotive industry experience is preferred
  2. Concrete knowledge in Electronic products (e.g. LCD, PCB, PCBA, SMT), and in the manufacturing processes related
  3. Solid experience and good understanding of the issues and concerns related to supplier improvement (product, process, quality, delivery, cost, SQDCM, etc.)
  4. Demonstrate experience in lean manufacturing used in conjunction with statistical tools to drive process improvements
  5. Experience in project management
  6. Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) understanding and Production Products Approval Process (PPAP) experiences are required
  7. Good oral and written English
  8. Ability to use problem solving tools ie 8D
Position: Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) (Powertrain System)
Scope and Responsibilities:
  1. The candidate is required to work in supplier facilities to improve the supplier in a comprehensive way.
  2. Communicate frequently with SD manager and customer, and report regularly on the project progress.
  3. Solve problems, and coordinate with the supplier and customer in a proactive manner.
  4. Handle the suppliers’ project management, concerns the suppliers’ product quality, manufacturing process, production, capacity, delivery, cost, logistics optimization, etc.
  5. Develop and improve supplier relationships and ensure the vendors are providing maximum service and highest quality.
  6. Travel to customer's location when needed.
Experience and Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing & supply chain area, Automotive industry experience is preferred
  2. Concrete knowledge in Powertrain system (i.e. Cylinder system, piston, crankshaft, etc.) and in the manufacturing processes related
  3. Solid experience and good understanding in the issues and concerns related to supplier improvement (product, process, quality, delivery, cost, SQDCM, etc.)
  4. Demonstrate experience in lean manufacturing used in conjunction with statistical tools to drive process improvements
  5. Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) understanding and Production Products Approval Process (PPAP) experiences are required
  6. Years’ experience in Project Management (Automotive Industry is preferred)
  7. Good oral and written English
